About Eloy Medina Jr.

I was born and raised here in San Antonio, Texas. I graduated from Oliver Wendell Holmes High School. After high school, I was proud to join the U.S. Marine Corps, and served honorably for five years.

Toilet I have been in plumbing since I was very young, giving me over twenty years of experience. I also have the distinction of being a fourth-generation plumber. My great-grandfather was the first plumber in our family, and the trade has been passed down ever since. Because this was a family plumbing experience, I learned to take pride in my work, really strive to do a professional job every time, and, most importantly, always do the right thing. These three points are still stressed and expanded on within my own company.

Experience in the Marine Corps strengthened and instilled in me the Marine Corps' values: honor, courage, and commitment. Honor is to hold oneself to a high standard of the utmost ethical and moral behavior. Courage is the ability to face fear and overcome it. Moral courage is the ability to keep oneself on a righteous path and to know right from wrong. Commitment is the dedication to an assignment, the perseverance to execute it promptly, and then to follow it through to completion. These values guide our performance in every job we do at Medina Best Plumbing. These values drive us to make sure the task at hand is done correctly, and to the best of our ability. Integrity and dependability are the true hallmarks of Medina Best Plumbing.

My wife and I still live here in San Antonio with our three beautiful boys and one darling daughter. My wife is an instructional assistant for the mentally and physically challenged at North Side Independent School District. She is currently pursuing her degree to further her ability to help teach and care for this special group of people. My children are all in school. A daughter and son are in elementary school, one son is in middle school, and the other in high school. And yes, my oldest has started learning the plumbing trade, although he knows the importance of an education and wants to pursue a writing career.

"Quality" and "integrity" are placed on my logo because those values define my pledge to you. My goal is to provide the "BEST" service by following these two key ideals. To some, I set an unusually high standard for Medina Best Plumbing – to me it is simply the only standard there can be.

Testimonials

""When I called you I thought the water was going to be running until you got here. I was so relieved you guys actually explained in detail how to turn off my water so my house wouldn't float away. Then when the plumber came, he not only fixed my problem but explained how and why it started in the first place. It was refreshing to know what I was spending my money on and not just writing a check without knowing what it was for. Thank you.""

""I was worried about being taken advantage of since my husband is in the military and was deployed at the time my plumbing failed. I asked a neighbor if she knew of someone honest and reliable, since we are in the same boat, and without any thought at all she blurted out “MEDINA BEST PLUMBING.” I was very pleased with the professionalism and understanding I got from them. I even learned a couple of things from the plumber. I will never use another plumbing company again.""
